Ottawa Marathon 2018

Back to the index Ottawa Marathon First the 10K This year the Ottawa Race Weekend was a family affair for us, as we had three members competing in two events. My daughter was scheduled to run the half marathon, but she got injured two months before the event, so she decided to scale down to the 10K. And she said she would walk it, instead of run it, again because of her injury. My wife, upon hearing that, decided to join her for the 10K walk. I ended up taking the wrong turn at the first crossing and did a loop twice, I passed by the km 3 mark twice, which added 1.2 km to my race, so my final time ( 32m40s ) was totally off the time that I normally get in a 5K run. What a waste of my time this race was! Jeux FADOQ - 3K rapid walk Two new members, specialists in  rapid
